| Running ${PKGSTEM} on OpenBSD

To enable desired plugins copy or link their directories to
~/.tkabber/plugins/ :

ln -s ${PREFIX}/share/tkabber-plugins/aniemoticons/ \
	~/.tkabber/plugins/

Dependencies for Tkabber plugins:

* xosd ("osd" plugin)
* tklib ("tkabber-khim" plugin)
